Our museum is open to visitors every day of the week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Ticket sales for the same day ends at 5 p.m.

Istanbul Robot Museum offers its visitors 2 different ticket sales opportunities: box office and online platform.
You can purchase your tickets through our website before your visit or you can pick them up at the entrance of the museum during your visit.

SCHOOL AND GROUP VISITS

Group Visit Advantages
For group visits, 1 companion for every 15 people is entitled to free entrance.
You can benefit from special price advantages for group reservations.

ISTANBUL ROBOT MUSEUM and KIDZANIA Special Discount

The campaign is valid for the special discount ticket purchases after KidZania visits between 11 November - 17 November 2024
A maximum of 5 people can benefit from the campaign for each discounted special ticket.
To take advantage of the campaign, you must submit the “special stamped ticket” you have obtained to the authorized staff at the IRM Box Office.
The validity of tickets obtained under the campaign will start with the 10:00 session on November 11, 2024, and end with the 17:00 session on December 31, 2024. Tickets obtained before or after these dates will be considered invalid.
The tickets obtained in this campaign include a 50% discount on the “IRM FULL TICKET” price.

ISTANBUL ROBOT MUSEUM 2ND ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL CAMPAIGN

The campaign starts with the 10:00 AM session on December 13, 2024, and ends with the 5:00 PM session on December 15, 2024.
The campaign offers a 40% discount on Full Ticket purchases made at the box office.
All visitors can benefit from the campaign.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN USING A TICKET

Tickets purchased with reservation are valid for the relevant date and time interval. They cannot be used on any other day.
Ticket prices include VAT.
Cash and credit card payments can be made at the ticket purchases at the museum entrance.
ID must be presented in order to benefit from discount and free admission advantages.
With your Istanbul Robot Museum Museum Card membership, you can visit our museum free of charge throughout the year with no visit limit.
Tickets are not refundable.

With the Mobile Audio Guidance service, we offer you during your IRM visits, you can listen to 117 QR code products with audio narrations during your museum tour, and you can access detailed information by following the product information pages. You can supply your headphones for this service that you can benefit from during your tour from our IRM Store.
