Our museum is open to visitors every day of the week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Ticket sales for the same day ends at 5 p.m.

Istanbul Robot Museum offers its visitors 2 different ticket sales opportunities: box office and online platform.
You can purchase your tickets through our website before your visit or you can pick them up at the entrance of the museum during your visit.

SCHOOL AND GROUP VISITS

Group Visit Advantages
For group visits, 1 companion for every 15 people is entitled to free entrance.
You can benefit from special price advantages for group reservations.

Report Card Gift Campaign at Istanbul Robot Museum

As part of this special campaign for students who receive their report cards, museum tickets can be purchased from the box office at a discounted price of only 100 TL.
Children aged 17 and under can benefit from promotional tickets.
Maximum 2 companions of guests between the ages of 4-10 can also benefit from the campaign.
An identification declaration is required for the campaign.
The campaign is limited to a maximum of 50 people for school group visits with the same current title. For larger group visits, the museum management should be contacted at +90 (212) 509 8920.
The campaign will start on June 22, 2024 at 10:00 and will end on August 31, 2024 at 17:00.
You can follow the social media accounts of “Istanbul Robot Museum” for various events and workshops during the Summer Holiday.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN USING A TICKET

Tickets purchased with reservation are valid for the relevant date and time interval. They cannot be used on any other day.
Ticket prices include VAT.
Cash and credit card payments can be made at the ticket purchases at the museum entrance.
ID must be presented in order to benefit from discount and free admission advantages.
With your Istanbul Robot Museum Museum Card membership, you can visit our museum free of charge throughout the year with no visit limit.
Tickets are not refundable.
(For the purchased tickets, "Distance Contracts Regulation / Exceptions to the right of withdrawal / ARTICLE 15-G: Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be made on a specific date or period").
